Chocolate Bundt cake

When I saw this recipe on internet I immediately wanted to try it. Something that has coffee and chocolate cannot taste bad. I decided to share with you, friend the recipe with my personal little changes.

  • 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 cup whole buttermilk / or any milk you have

  • 1 cup warm coffee

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Step 1

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Liberally coat Bundt cake pan with baking spray. Sift flour and cocoa. Then whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.

  • Step 2

  • Then add milk, coffee, oil, vanilla, and eggs to the dry ingredients mixture. You may use electric stand mixer and beat on medium speed until well blended or mix it by hand

  • Step 3

  • Pour cake batter into prepared Bundt pan, and bake in preheated oven until a pick inserted in center comes out clean, 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes before inverting onto a cake plate. Let cool completely, about 1 hour.

  • Step 4

  • Place chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Heat cream in a small saucepan over medium until just beginning to boil; pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and chocolate is melted. Drizzle ganache over cooled cake.

  • The cake is ready and enjoy your desert.
