Bread Pudding.

  • Ingredients:

    ½ pound loaf cut into cubes

    3 eggs

    1 cup of heavy cream

    1 cup of milk

    1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

    1 cup of sugar

    ½ tsp of cinnamon

 

  • In a large bowl mix all ingredients except bread, you should get a nice smooth mixture

  • Butter a casserole dish with a bit of butter, add in bread cubes, turn in the custard and make sure that all bread is covered in it. Let it sit for about an hour.

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake for about an hour or until puffed and golden and set in the center.
